OCL/COPL Concussion Acknowledgement Signature Page *- This document needs to be signed and returned to the OCL/COPL by each participating parent/Guardian.

OCL/COPL Concussion Awareness Information *- This document contains information on the State of Ohio Concussion Law.

OCL/COPL Lindsay's Law Information Page- This document contains information and links to the requirements of Lindsay's Law.
